Terms & Conditions

1. License Grant

Omkar Jagtap grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Locasdot on Windows and Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

2. Permitted Use

• Create and manage GST compliant invoices for your business.
• Track customers, suppliers, inventory, and expenses.
• Generate and export reports for accounting purposes.
• Securely back up your business data to your own Google Drive.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT sell, rent, lease or sublicense this software; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software; or use it for any unlawful purposes.

4. GST Compliance Disclaimer

Locasdot is a billing tool. It is your responsibility to verify that all GST calculations and tax filings comply with current Indian GST laws. Consult a qualified CA for compliance guidance.

5. Data Ownership

All business data you enter into Locasdot belongs entirely to you. Locasdot does not claim any rights over your business data.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

This software is provided "AS IS". Maximum liability is limited to INR 0 as the software is provided free of charge.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Stored Locally

Locasdot uses a local SQLite database. Your business profile, invoices, and customer details never leave your device unless you explicitly use the Google Drive backup feature.

2. Authentication

We use Firebase Authentication to verify your identity. Firebase may collect your email address and login timestamps. Refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more details.

3. Google Drive Backup

Your backup data is stored in your own Google Drive account. Locasdot only accesses the specific backup file it creates and does not access any other files in your Drive.

4. Update Checks

Locasdot periodically checks GitHub for new versions. This request includes no personal data — it is a plain HTTP GET to a public URL.

5. Children's Privacy

Locasdot is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
